Shipping Policy – Rincon Art

Rincon Art values every order and works with trusted Print-on-Demand (POD) partners, including FinerWorks and Printful, to create and ship artwork and products featuring original designs by artist Ana L. Rincon.

Order Processing

Made-to-Order: All items are produced after you place an order. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure each piece is carefully created just for you.

Processing Times: Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product type. Some speciality prints may take longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another notification with tracking information once it has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days after production.

International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary by region and may take 10–20 business days after production. Customs and import duties may apply.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the POD partner’s rates and the shipping destination.
Carriers
Rincon Art’s POD partners work with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL, depending on your location and the product ordered.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
International Orders & Customs

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Rincon Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Rincon Art is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at sunnyarts@rinconart.com. We will work with our POD partners to resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, please provide photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery so we can request a replacement.
Split Shipments
Since we work with multiple POD providers, your order may arrive in separate packages if it includes different product types.
